User Agreement
(legal entity – LLC "FIRST FREE LEGAL MUSIC PLATFORM")
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between Users and the owner of the websites (https://bubuka.info, https://my.bubuka.info, https://enter.yoga, https://my.enter.yoga, https://market.bubuka.info, https://avtorskoepravo.com, https://bubuchit.ru, https://работавбубуке.рф) represented by the Limited Liability Company "FIRST FREE LEGAL MUSIC PLATFORM" (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator"), regarding the use of the Sites and the Services offered. Registration on the Sites constitutes full acceptance of the terms of the Agreement.
1. Definitions
Site – A web resource located at https://bubuka.info, https://my.bubuka.info, https://enter.yoga, https://my.enter.yoga, https://market.bubuka.info, https://avtorskoepravo.com, https://bubuchit.ru, https://работавбубуке.рф providing services and content to Internet users.
User – An individual or legal entity registered on the Site and using the Site's services in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
Account – The User's personal dashboard created after registration on the Site.
Content – All information posted on the Site, including texts, images, audio files, videos, and any other materials.
Services – Any functional features of the Site available to the User after registration.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The Site offers its users access to informational materials and other additional services specified on the Site's pages.
The use of the Sites' services is carried out exclusively under the conditions provided by this Agreement and the relevant contracts concluded between the Users and the Administrator.
3. Rights and Obligations of the User
The User undertakes to comply with the terms of the Agreement and the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
The User has the right to use all services of the Site and to contact support to resolve issues arising from the operation of these services.
The User is obliged to provide accurate information when using the Sites and to refrain from actions that may potentially disrupt the functionality of the Sites or violate applicable laws.
4. Liability of the Parties
For violation of the Agreement, the Administrator has the right to restrict or terminate the User's access to the Sites.
The User is responsible for maintaining the security of their account and password, ensuring the confidentiality of their credentials.
The Administrator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Site and reserves the right to temporarily suspend its operation for technical maintenance or troubleshooting.
5. Confidentiality and Protection of Personal Information
By providing personal information during registration or subsequent use of the Site, the User agrees to the processing of personal data by the Administrator in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy posted on the Site.
6. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All materials presented on the Site are the property of the Administrator or are posted with the consent of copyright holders.
Copying, distribution, or any other use of the Site's materials without the written permission of the Administrator is prohibited.
7. Final Provisions
The Administrator has the right to unilaterally amend the Agreement. The new version of the Agreement comes into force immediately after its publication on the Site.
The Agreement applies throughout the territory of the Russian Federation and is governed by national law.
Disputes arising in connection with the execution of the Agreement are resolved by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes are subject to resolution in court in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
