Manage your music the right way

Sign the main contract, select the "Streaming services" clause in the section on content delivery. If you already cooperate with YOGA, you can add this clause to your existing contract by submitting a request to the feedback form. After verification, you will receive a notification of approval, and a new section "Streaming services" will appear in your personal cabinet. In it you need to fill out a questionnaire for distribution. Upon review and approval of the questionnaire, you will be sent a draft agreement. After reading, agreeing and signing, proceed to downloading content.

After signing a digital distribution agreement with YOGA you need to prepare the following materials: wav or flac files, cover art (jpeg 3000x3000), lyrics, full names of the authors and participants of the record, and the beginning of the snippet for TikTok. Choose a release date and send for moderation.

The listening report for most of the world's storefronts comes quarterly. Some platforms provide it monthly. The financial report is generated after the auditions report. Statistics on all rentals and royalties on all platforms are immediately available in your personal account on YOGA.

For re-release you need: WAV-files, UPC and ISRC codes (if the names of artists and tracks have not changed), artwork, full lyrics of all songs, time start of snippet, names of authors of lyrics and music, information about presence of obscene lyrics in lyrics, language of performance and song title, language of metadata, genre of album and song, IPI-number of the song (if you are registered in Russian copyright society or BMI).

YOGA pays a fixed rate of 0.1 rubles for each play of your music in each of its partner establishments. The more good music you upload, the more likely you are to get on popular playlists for the business, the faster your royalties grow.

You can withdraw funds to the card of any Russian bank or to the settlement account of your Russian legal entity. You can do it in the "Balance" - "Withdrawal of funds" section of myAlpari.

Yes, you can. By uploading content to YOGA, the musician entrusts our service to directly monetize his or her creativity in partner establishments, and YOGA directly pays remuneration to the musician. Thus, copyright and related rights collective management societies (RAOs, WIPO) will not collect royalties from your music in these establishments. But CMOs will still collect royalties from radio, TV, and establishments that have not joined our service. Registration of your music in CMOs is not mandatory, and the absence or presence of registration in CMOs will not prevent you from using YOGA. YOGA distributes music to public spaces under a non-exclusive license and does not restrict authors and performers in any way in the ways of monetization of creativity.

By releasing a track on a streaming site, you make it available for private, non-commercial use to subscribers of the streaming service. Owners of restaurants, bars, and other public spaces using music in their establishments must pay royalties to copyright holders and report all tracks played (or pay fines). By uploading music to Yoga, you grant us the right to play your music publicly, we add your tracks to playlists that are played in malls, coffee shops and other public spaces.  Places connected to the Yoga partner network become a "radio point" for musicians - artists get additional contact with the audience, visitors can like a new song and continue listening to it on the usual streaming services.

Yoga works with copyright holders who hold the full package of rights to the work: music copyright, lyrics copyright, artist's neighboring rights, publisher's neighboring rights. If you are a completely independent artist who has written a song on your own, recorded it, and released it on streaming platforms without the help of a label, then you have full rights and can freely upload your songs to Yoga. If you have released your work through a label, it is likely that you have signed a related and/or copyright transfer agreement with the label. If this is the case, you should contact your publisher and ask them to upload your content to Yoga if they have not already done so.

We listen to all the music uploaded by copyright holders and add the best tracks to the playlists. We are open to all genres and trends, our playlists include electronic music, jazz, new indie and folk, and our clients use a wide variety of music to create a unique audio brand for their venue. For obvious reasons, we don't work with music of an overtly marginal nature and we don't add tracks containing profane lyrics to our playlists.

We're constantly developing and improving our service by adding new services for musicians. In addition to earning money by playing your tracks publicly in thousands of venues and distributing them to popular streaming services, you can add your tracks to bubuka.market. This is a music sync directory used by TV producers, movie directors, bloggers and other video content creators. If you did not specify a synchronization clause when signing the contract, you can add to the existing contract by sending a request in the feedback form.
