Manage your music the right way

Submit an application and attach a link to your music so that we can review your work. If your music is already available on streaming platforms, please provide a link to your artist profile. If your music has not yet been published anywhere, please attach a publicly accessible link to Yandex Disk, Google Drive, or another cloud storage service.

Once your application has successfully passed moderation, you will receive access to your personal account. The free trial period lasts 7 days.

Next, upload the documents required for signing the agreement. After the agreement has been approved and signed by both parties, you can choose a subscription plan, pay for it, and upload your releases.

At the agreement signing stage, you can select the distribution channels you would like to use: delivery to streaming services, playback in public spaces, or synchronization in media projects.

Release requirements:

For distribution to streaming services: stereo, WAV/FLAC, 16/24-bit, 44.1 kHz; cover artwork in a 1:1 aspect ratio, JPG format, strictly 3000 × 3000 px.

For playback in public spaces and synchronization: stereo, MP3, 320 kbps; cover artwork in a 1:1 aspect ratio, JPG format, minimum 1400 × 1400 px.

The YOGA subscription gives you access to all platform features for working with music, releases, and analytics.

1. Music distribution to streaming services

   Delivery of releases to all major music platforms worldwide. Terms: 85/15, with 85% of royalties paid to the artist.

2. Music distribution for public spaces

   Delivery of releases to services that provide music for public spaces and business locations, including restaurants, shopping malls, salons, hotels, and other venues. Royalties: RUB 0.05 per playback.

3. Music licensing for media content

   Delivery of releases to the media library under a synchronization license for the sale of tracks for use in videos, advertising, films, and other projects. Terms: 50/50.

4. Unlimited release management

   Upload releases, enter metadata, assign artist and contributor roles, set release dates, and select platforms for delivery without any limit on the number of releases.

5. Full access to statistics and analytics

   Track streaming dynamics, listener geography, public-space playback statistics, and royalties for each monetization channel, with detailed breakdowns by country, service, and currency.

6. Smart link creation

   Create links and QR codes for promoting releases, with no limit on the number of smart links.

7. Release pitching

   Submit releases for consideration for editorial playlists on streaming platforms.

8. Priority technical support

   Get support with release uploads, moderation, balance withdrawals, personal account features, and other platform-related matters.

9. Unlimited number of artists

Add multiple artists to one personal account and view separate statistics for each artist.

We deliver content to all platforms at once: Yandex Music, VK, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, Amazon, ZVUK, MTS Music, Beeline Music, Beatport, TIDAL, Shazam, 7Digital, Anghami, Pandora, JioSaavn, TikTok, Qobuz, MuzTube, Napster, AWA, Beatsource.

Reports on streams from most international streaming platforms are provided once per quarter. Some platforms provide these reports on a monthly basis.

The financial report is generated after the streaming report has been received. Statistics on all streams and royalties across all platforms become available in your YOGA personal account as soon as they are processed.

Reports and royalty accruals for playback in public spaces and for the use of a track under a synchronization license are provided monthly.

The main reasons for rejection during moderation for playback in public spaces include low-quality content, including AI-generated content, genres that are unsuitable for playback in public spaces, such as deathcore, and 18+ content.

Reasons for rejection during moderation for distribution to streaming services include calls for violence or suicide, promotion of the use or distribution of prohibited substances, and other violations of the current laws of the Russian Federation.

You need to request a takedown of your content and make sure that the release has been removed from all platforms. After that, you can upload it to YOGA.

To re-release the content, you will need the following: WAV files, UPC and ISRC codes, if the artist names and track titles have not changed, cover artwork, the full lyrics for all songs, the snippet start time, the names of the lyricists and composers, information on whether the lyrics contain explicit content, the metadata language, the album/track genre, and the composition’s IPI number, if you are registered with the Russian Authors’ Society (RAO) or BMI.

YOGA pays a fixed rate of 0.05 rubles for each play of your music in each of its partner establishments. The more good music you upload, the more likely you are to get on popular playlists for the business, the faster your royalties grow.

You can withdraw funds to a card issued by any Russian bank or to the bank account of your Russian legal entity at any time, provided that your balance exceeds RUB 1,290.

You can request a withdrawal in the “Balance” section of your personal account.

Yes, you can. By uploading content to YOGA, the musician entrusts our service to directly monetize his or her creativity in partner establishments, and YOGA directly pays remuneration to the musician. Thus, copyright and related rights collective management societies (RAOs, WIPO) will not collect royalties from your music in these establishments. But CMOs will still collect royalties from radio, TV, and establishments that have not joined our service. Registration of your music in CMOs is not mandatory, and the absence or presence of registration in CMOs will not prevent you from using YOGA. YOGA distributes music to public spaces under a non-exclusive license and does not restrict authors and performers in any way in the ways of monetization of creativity.

By releasing a track on a streaming site, you make it available for private, non-commercial use to subscribers of the streaming service. Owners of restaurants, bars, and other public spaces using music in their establishments must pay royalties to copyright holders and report all tracks played (or pay fines). By uploading music to Yoga, you grant us the right to play your music publicly, we add your tracks to playlists that are played in malls, coffee shops and other public spaces.  Places connected to the Yoga partner network become a "radio point" for musicians - artists get additional contact with the audience, visitors can like a new song and continue listening to it on the usual streaming services.

Yoga works with copyright holders who hold the full package of rights to the work: music copyright, lyrics copyright, artist's neighboring rights, publisher's neighboring rights. If you are a completely independent artist who has written a song on your own, recorded it, and released it on streaming platforms without the help of a label, then you have full rights and can freely upload your songs to Yoga. If you have released your work through a label, it is likely that you have signed a related and/or copyright transfer agreement with the label. If this is the case, you should contact your publisher and ask them to upload your content to Yoga if they have not already done so.

For playback in public spaces, covers and remixes are accepted on the same terms as other tracks, provided that you have the full rights package for the work. In other words, you must be able to confirm that you hold 200% of the rights: 100% of the authors’ rights and 100% of the related rights.

To distribute a cover or remix to streaming services, you must provide permission from the authors of the original track to create the cover, make it available online, and monetize it.

Yes, you can use YOGA without having a legal entity if you are registered as self-employed. We also work with individual entrepreneurs and companies. YOGA does not work with individuals who do not have self-employed status.

We work with thousands of venues and try to satisfy the most demanding clients by creating playlists that emphasize the character of each venue. We listen to all the music uploaded by copyright holders and add the best tracks to the playlists. We are open to all genres and trends, our playlists include electronic music, jazz, new indie and folk, and our clients use a wide variety of music to create a unique audio brand for their venue. For obvious reasons, we don't work with music of an overtly marginal nature and we don't add tracks containing profane lyrics to our playlists.

Yes, we accept AI-generated content for distribution across all available channels.

However, there are certain restrictions for AI-generated tracks intended for playback in public spaces. If you submit low-quality or commercially unsuitable content for public-space distribution, your release may be rejected during moderation.

There are no restrictions on AI-generated content for distribution to streaming services.

We're constantly developing and improving our service by adding new services for musicians. If you did not specify a synchronization clause when signing the contract, you can add to the existing contract by sending a request in the feedback form.
